 Shipping Terms 


 Delivery is worldwide. Shipping by DHL:

  • Domestic deliveries (Germany): €7.90 incl. VAT.
  • Deliveries to EU member countries: €14.50 incl. VAT.
  • Delivery to countries outside the EU: €29.00 excl. VAT. 


Delivery times 


Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 20 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 25 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. 


 Accepted payment options 


  • Prepayment via bank transfer. 
  • If you have an existing PayPal account: PayPal, credit card, direct debit.
  • If you have a PayPal account, depending on your creditworthiness: Pay later, purchase on account, installment purchase.
  • Without a PayPal account, but processed by PayPal: Payment with Mastercard or Visa card.
